Our role
Own product: founder, product strategy, UX/UI, commercial model and AI-assisted development direction.
What we delivered
- Designed the shop structure, catalogue, product pages and service selection journeys.
- Created Paint-Ready designs and the EasyPick colour configurator.
- Developed AI Design Studio with generation, editing, version history and credit purchases.
- Implemented Bespoke Design, customer accounts, order statuses and Stripe payments; prepared the SEO structure, commercial pages and journal.
The result
A live commercial platform bringing together a shop and several ways to commission helmet design and painting.
