Who we are

Fiboagency receives and reviews project requests for websites, apps, branding and launch materials. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us when making contact.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we may collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your project message
• Your website or link (if provided)
• Enquiry subject (if provided)

When you contact us through WhatsApp (+371 20937010) or Telegram (@fiboagency), we may receive the information you choose to send through those services.

Why we use this data

We use the information to:

• Reply to your project request
• Understand the project context
• Suggest the next step
• Prepare a possible proposal or scope
• Keep communication history related to the request

Legal basis

We process enquiries about potential cooperation to take steps requested by the visitor before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other business enquiries may be processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep the data

We may keep project enquiries for up to 12 months unless cooperation starts or a longer period is needed for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Who we share data with

We may work with service providers in the following categories:

• Website hosting provider
• Email or communication provider
• Form processing provider (if used)
• WhatsApp or Telegram (if you contact us through those services)

Email enquiry processing

Contact form enquiries use email services including Resend and Gandi and may be forwarded to the controller's Gmail mailbox. Providers process data for message delivery and storage. Depending on the infrastructure, processing may occur outside the EEA subject to GDPR safeguards.

Third-party services

If you contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, those services process your data according to their own terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have questions about how those services handle your data.

Enquiry source and optional analytics

Permitted UTM tags and the referring domain are processed in memory during the current visit so an enquiry can include its source. Only after you consent to analytics may permitted tags also be stored in this tab's sessionStorage until the tab is closed or consent is withdrawn. No cookies are needed for this attribution storage. Only after your separate permission does the site load European PostHog for usage statistics and session replays. Input fields are masked and enquiry forms are additionally excluded from session replay content; our analytics events do not include contact details or form text. PostHog may use identifiers and browser data under its own terms. PostHog is not loaded before consent. You can change your choice in analytics settings in the footer. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional analytics.

FiboAgency support chat

If you send a chat message, we store the conversation, timestamps, optional name and email, and a random conversation identifier in a necessary browser cookie retained for 30 days to restore messages on this device. Inactive conversations are deleted after 180 days. Only studio staff can access the conversations. An optional email may be used for an alert that a reply is ready, without including the message text. Chat content is excluded from optional analytics and staff device notifications are opt-in.
